Therapy

My practice is deeply grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy, integrating traditional clinical approaches with somatic methods, neuroscience, integrative neuromodulation, and memory reconsolidation principles.

I incorporate state of the art tools (if therapeutically appropriate) such as neurofeedback and biofeedback, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and sustained psychological change.

My approach is individualized, carefully paced, and responsive to the complexity of high-functioning emotional distress.

Some of the issues I treat include: self esteem, stress, sleep disorders, ADHD symptoms, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship hardships, and OCD, among others.

Corporate Services

In addition to individual executive consultations, I provide group-based interventions for employees exposed to high levels of occupational stress. These engagements focus on delivering practical, evidence-informed tools to support emotional regulation, resilience, and emotional stability within demanding work contexts. Interventions may include facilitated group sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and skills-based experiences designed to help individuals recognize stress responses, regulate emotional states, and respond more effectively to ongoing pressure.

All corporate services are trauma-informed, ethically grounded, and adapted to the specific realities of each organization. Engagements are discreet, customized, and oriented toward sustainable functioning and psychological safety—supporting both individual well-being and organizational health without relying on superficial or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Coaching

My coaching approach is integrative, psychologically informed, and grounded in formal training that began in 2007. I draw from evidence-based coaching frameworks developed through academic preparation and advanced professional programs, integrating leadership, values-based decision-making, and sustainable change. My work is informed by training with Tony Robbins, Kathy Caprino, and Franklin Covey.

I have worked extensively with professionals within the banking sector and Fortune 500 organizations, supporting individuals and teams navigating high-stakes environments, complex decision-making, and sustained performance demands. Coaching is offered as a structured, reflective space to support clarity, alignment, and intentional action—carefully aligned with insight, ethical boundaries, and depth.

Workshops

I design and facilitate workshops for organizations and professional groups seeking grounded, practical approaches to managing sustained stress, emotional demand, and complexity. These workshops are particularly suited for teams and professionals working in high-pressure environments who require tools that are both effective and applicable within real-world constraints.

Workshops integrate trauma-informed principles, somatic awareness, and evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation, clarity, and adaptive functioning. Participants are guided through experiential and reflective exercises that foster self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical skill development—without requiring personal disclosure or therapeutic depth beyond what is appropriate for group settings.

What is the difference between Therapy and Coaching?

While both therapy and coaching involve exploring your thoughts, emotions, goals, and challenges, they serve distinct purposes and operate under different professional frameworks.

Therapy is a regulated clinical service provided by licensed mental health professionals. Its primary focus is on assessing and treating psychological symptoms, emotional distress, mental health conditions, trauma, and patterns that interfere with your wellbeing and functioning. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based practice and ethical standards that prioritize client safety, confidentiality, and clinical care.

Coaching, on the other hand, supports individuals who are already functioning well but want to enhance performance, clarify goals, and accelerate personal or professional growth. It is future-focused and goal-oriented, helping you take action on your priorities, clarify what matters most to you, and create sustainable strategies for progress. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Should I request therapy or Coaching?

Choosing between therapy and coaching depends on your current needs, level of emotional distress, and the kind of support that will best serve you at this stage of your life.

In general, therapy is the appropriate starting point when emotional wellbeing, psychological safety, or healing need to come first—particularly if you are experiencing persistent anxiety, low mood, trauma-related symptoms, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or repeated relational patterns that feel difficult to manage on your own. Therapy provides a clinically grounded space to stabilize, process, and integrate internal experiences, creating a solid foundation for clarity and long-term growth. Coaching, by contrast, is most effective when you are functioning well emotionally and are ready to focus on forward movement, decision-making, and goal execution. In many cases, individuals may begin with therapy and later transition into coaching as their needs evolve.

A Note on Ethical Practice

Therapy and coaching are offered as distinct services, each with its own scope, goals, and professional boundaries. When clinical concerns are present, therapy is always prioritized. Coaching is provided only when it is clinically appropriate and clearly differentiated from psychological treatment.
